Locked Out / Key on the Other Side

Without any damage, we will quickly and reliably open your locked door, even with the key on the other side or if you have a multipoint locking system.

In the vast majority of cases, the job takes no more than a minute or two. Depending on the door type, we choose the right tools, and after opening, you can continue to use your door and original keys as usual.

Locked Car

Locked Doors

Lost keys and your door is locked? We will unlock it for you without damaging the door or the lock. Depending on the security level, this usually takes us between two and ten minutes.

For locked doors, we require verification that you have the right to use the premises. For locks with a cylinder insert, you must count on the need to replace it afterwards.

Jammed Door / Lock

The key won’t turn, only partially turns, spins freely, won’t insert, or the lock doesn’t respond to turning the key. The handle is loose, unresponsive, sticks, or stays in an unusual position.

These and other symptoms indicate jammed or damaged internal door mechanisms, most often the lock. We are ready to open such damaged doors and restore them to working order.

Cylinder Replacement – New Keys

If the key feels rough when turning, is hard to insert, or you simply need new keys for any reason, we will gladly come and replace the cylinder for you.

Broken Key / Foreign Object in the Cylinder

Has your key broken off in the door? Maybe a neighbour broke it in the building entrance or in your door after a night out, mistaking your floor? It happens more often than you think.

Sometimes there’s a completely foreign object in the cylinder – from a toothpick or plastic piece to glue. Before you push it irreversibly to the back of the keyway, call us.
