Is the cylinder replaced on the spot?

Yes. We always carry standard-size cylinders with us. We mainly supply cylinders from Czech manufacturers FAB and Richter for easy key duplication.

How many keys do I normally get with the cylinder?

You'll normally receive 6 keys.

What if I no longer have a key for the existing cylinder?

No problem. We replace the cylinder even if you no longer have a key. When removed this way, the old cylinder is irreversibly damaged.
