Lost keys and your door is locked? We will unlock it for you without damaging the door or the lock. Depending on the security level, this usually takes us between two and ten minutes.

For locked doors, we require verification that you have the right to use the premises. For locks with a cylinder insert, you must count on the need to replace it afterwards.

Do I have to prove I have a right to the locked premises?

Yes. For locked doors we require verification that you have the right to use the space – ownership deed, lease agreement, registered address, etc. If you cannot prove this, the situation will need to be resolved with the assistance of the police.

What gets damaged during opening?

We aim to be as careful as possible. The door itself, the lock, and in 95% of cases the escutcheon will not be damaged. If your cylinder is security class 3 or higher, you may need to count on it being drilled out and replaced afterwards.

How long does it take to open a locked door?

It depends heavily on the quality and type of cylinder and whether you have a security escutcheon covering it. Most commonly we're done within two to ten minutes, occasionally longer.
